JA Training Schedule

JA of North Alabama invites all new volunteers to attend a group for individual training session.  At the training session you will be given your JA program materials and complete instructions on how to use and prepare for your JA classroom experience.

Online Training for Junior Achievement Volunteers

You may also complete your JA Volunteer Orientation training online.  From this page you can click on the Get Involved tab at located at the top of your screen.  Click on Volunteers and scroll to the highlighted box to click on Online Volunteer Orientation.

Follow the instructions to register as a new user.  Once you are logged in you will need to take the four modules under JA Volunteer Orientation:

ü     Volunteer Teacher Connection

ü     Classroom Management

ü     Behavior Standards

ü     Student Characteristics

After completing the JA Volunteer Orientation make arrangements with JA of North Alabama to pick up your program material.  Then you may return to the online volunteer training module to continue your training on the specific JA program you will be presenting in the classroom.

Are you a returning JA Volunteer looking for additional training on a specific JA program?  You can utilize the online training modules to access program specific training.  Please note that you will need to complete the JA Volunteer Orientation modules before proceeding to the program specific modules.
